The easiest way to get to this sink is to turn off Highway 89A east of Jacob Lake and head south. The coordinates for the turn are N36° 44.162' & W112° 11.372'. Stay on this road (205) all the way to Jolly Sink. We saw deer, turkey, and Kaibab squirrels along this road, so you might want to keep your camera ready. If the roads are dry, any vehicle should be able to make it to the sink. Of course common sense will be your best friend and knowing how to handle your vehicle will help get you there and back in 1 piece.
